> Dinner ideas from matprat.no, ranked by this week's grocery offers around Stavanger from mattilbud.no. Diet rules (no onion, gluten-free, little lactose) apply when a search names them.

The site is in Norwegian (bokmål). Recipes belong to matprat.no; link to them, do not copy them. Offers are from the stores' weekly catalogs. Whether an ingredient holds gluten, onion or lactose was judged by a small language model and can be wrong; tell people to check the label.
